Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Maison3Amis purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy. You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including any tags or accessories that came with it. This Policy does not include gift cards, sale items, or those items personalized or specially ordered. The sale of these items is final. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, and any discounts or promotions applied to the original purchase will not be refunded. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will process your return or exchange promptly upon receipt of the items. Should you need to return an item please contact connect@maison3amis.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
